Using CuddleFoundry
You must provide accurate account information, protect your account credentials, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Accounts and access
Creating an account confirms identity but does not automatically grant access to protected products. Product entitlement is managed separately. CuddleFoundry may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary to protect users, course materials, security, or service integrity.
Educational service
CuddleFoundry provides general professional education and coaching-related guidance. It does not provide professional licensure, accreditation, legal advice, healthcare, mental-health treatment, tax advice, financial advice, guaranteed safety, or guaranteed business outcomes.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with other accounts, upload malicious material, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, or use CuddleFoundry to facilitate unlawful, sexual, exploitative, or nonconsensual conduct.
Course materials and intellectual property
CuddleFoundry’s lessons, workbooks, branding, protected resources, and original materials are provided for your personal educational use. You may not republish, sell, distribute, or reproduce protected materials except where written permission or applicable law permits.
Third-party services
The service uses third-party infrastructure for authentication, email, hosting, security, and storage. Availability may occasionally depend on those providers. Links to third-party resources do not imply responsibility for their content or practices.
Course purchases and refunds
Prices and any applicable taxes are displayed before purchase. Refund requests for self-paced digital courses are governed by the 14-Day Digital Course Refund Policy at cuddlefoundry.com/course-refund-policy. CuddleFoundry does not promise refunds outside that policy except where applicable law requires otherwise.
