Fourteen-day request period
You may request a standard refund within 14 calendar days after the successful purchase timestamp. The deadline is the same clock time, 14 calendar days later. Your purchase history shows it in your browser’s local time when available, with a UTC fallback. A request received at the exact deadline remains within the standard window. Submit a request from Account → Purchases & refunds, or contact support@cuddlefoundry.com with the purchaser email, course name, purchase date, and reason.
Substantial-use limit
A standard refund is not available after substantial use. For this policy, substantial use means recorded completion of 25% or more of the purchased program’s required lessons. CuddleFoundry calculates this only from its server-recorded required-lesson completion evidence for that program.
CuddleFoundry does not treat downloads, resource use, reading, workbook activity, saved resources, or unrecorded activity as substantial use. Briefly opening a course does not by itself establish substantial use. When recorded completion evidence does not establish the threshold, the substantial-use limit will not be applied.
Duplicate charges
Verified duplicate charges are corrected or refunded separately and are not subject to the 14-day request period or substantial-use limit. Contact support@cuddlefoundry.com with the purchaser email and transaction details so the duplicate can be verified.
Technical access problems
Verified technical problems attributable to CuddleFoundry that prevent course access are handled separately. Contact support promptly and allow a reasonable opportunity to restore access. If CuddleFoundry verifies that the purchased course could not be accessed and cannot restore access within five business days after receiving the information reasonably needed to investigate, the affected purchase is eligible for a refund.
Review and payment
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The payment provider or bank controls posting time. Requests outside this policy are not promised and may be denied except where applicable law requires otherwise. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
